    I am writing this review to warn others about the experience I had with this store to avoid becoming involved with this location in the future. I placed an online order for pick up in store option because its free shipping and pretty convenient! As someone who works a lot and isn't always home to sign for or receive packages, I figured this was the best bet. However, two weeks pass and I never received an email that my order was delivered to the store or that it was ready. So I call both the corporate number AND store directly to check on this. I am told there is not tracking number (hmm?) and to "just keep waiting" (already 2 weeks at this point.) A few more days pass and I call the corporate number again to let them know I still have not heard anything from the store. So, I call the store themselves to have them double check their shipments. The girl who answered the phone (Fabiana) was extremely rude and seemed like she couldn't be bothered with my questions. She said "yes yes its here come get it" in regards to my order. I arrive at the store to pick it up, and end up waiting nearly an hour for them to ramsack their "shipment room" which is nothing more than a disorganized and disheveled mess. She then comes out and says "yeah sorry we don't have it its not here" What??? that's all I get after waiting all this time? I then proceed to ask for a refund since I paid nearly $350 for an order that is now "missing" yet I was told on the phone it was there. She said she cant help me and I have to call corporate and WALKED away. I asked her to please follow up with a phone call that evening to see if she could reach out to corporate on my behalf to state that the items are not in store and no phone call received yet. This is completely unacceptable customer service for a retail location. I understand retail is a tough job and employees deserve recognition for their hard work but this is NOT the customer service that yields success and makes customers want to return. I plan on filing a more formal complaint with corporate and also calling my bank to get my money back because it seems like their customer service will not be helpful to me in this regard. STAY AWAY!
