  Thanks cylinder Express and their crew. I when there by mistake I was looking for another gas company but since I was there I decided to give them a try. The guy's answers all my questions, and my surprise was at the moment to make my payment. They charge me less than $20.00 for my BBQ tank. Usually another places charge me $26.00 -$28.00, and I notice the difference on my tank weight. Very good service, friendly and very professional environment. Will definitely use your services again, they even offer me a FREE delivery to my house, for about 20.00 bucks???? You can't really beat that.

  Avoid at all costs.. spend your hard earned money somewhere else where you will be treated with respect. I was a loyal customer for 4 years.. everything was going great until 2 weeks ago when I called to get my propane tank refilled. I have been given a run around like none other. I sent them the e-mail below today.. and of course living up to their horrible customer service...have not received a response. They won't care about this review, because they really don't care about retaining customers.. I have been a good customer for the past 4 years. I am writing to describe one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with any company. I have been trying to get my propane tank refilled and have been calling since last Monday 8/19. I have been told many times (lied to) that you were coming. Now I don't know how much propane I have, with a hurricane approaching and a 4 month old baby. As the day ticks away and its 3pm. I have a feeling that this day will play out like the others. 1. Called Mon 8/15 woman answers and was vague on when I could get my tank refilled. Never had a problem in the past always given a day and it was done. Check always attached to tank. 2. Called Tues 8/16 male answers "definitely tomorrow" 3. Call Weds 8/17 late afternoon, male answers "definitely by the end of the day until 6" 4. Call Thurs 8/18 woman answers "definitely today" then calls back a few minutes later asks if possible for Mon, fine- . 5. Call Mon 8/19 - "definitely today" 6. Call Tues 8/22 - "definitely today" 7. Call Weds 8/23- "definitely today" 8. Call Thurs 8/24- spoke to someone named Kevin. Said he would come out personally today. Said it was $90.00 cash. I said I always leave a check attached to the tank which I was told the previous week was $97.33. Said he had incidents with bounced checks. I've never bounced a check and your website says cash, credit card and check are acceptable. He said he would take the check. Then said I would be billed. Well I would be paying by check anyway - either way. 9. Call Fri 8/25 - My husband calls woman answers says " the line is out the door will get back to you". I call (didn't know husband did too) told by woman - "definitely today your husband called" husband calls again (didn't know I called because no one got back to him) said "your wife called and definitely today" So will I be getting my delivery today?
